Sweet Girl Cheers On Her Dad At The Pool

Cliff Devries is the head diving coach at the Rochester Institute of Technology and his recent birthday dive has taken the Internet by storm. Devries is paralyzed on the right side of the body but that's not stopping this family man from doing what he loves. Just watch as his whole family comes out to the pool to support him and his high dive. And the cutest supporter of them all is his 5-year-old daughter Grace. I love how she stands on the sidelines and cheers on her daddy as he climbs to the 30-meter board. And her enthusiasm as he lands in the water just made my heart soar. We all need someone like Grace in our corner, cheering us on no matter what. This is such a sweet moment and I'm so glad that the world is getting to see it!

Carrie Underwood Sings 'Softly And Tenderly'

This year’s 51st Annual Country Music Awards was memorable for the most beautiful reason. This night will go down in history as being one of hope and healing and Carrie Underwood's performance has a lot to do with it! This country superstar gave tribute to the lives we have lost this year by singing a beautiful rendition of the traditional hymn “Softly and Tenderly." While Carrie was singing, a video played in a video on the screen behind her that included pictures and names of victims from the recent shooting in Las Vegas. 58 people lost their lives that night and their deaths have struck a chord across the nation. This touching tribute truly took my breath away. We all need to turn to God during the troubling times and this hymn is the perfect reminder. So beautiful!

Be NOT Troubled

MATTHEW 24 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
(Mark 13:10-13; Luke 21:10-19)
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Christmas Flash Mob At Coffee Shop

Locals at a coffee shop in Canada were sitting down to enjoy their beverages when a man with a guitar walked into the room. As everyone looked around in confusion, children began to stand up and join in on the song. Before you know it, a full blown Christmas flash mob is taking place to the tune of 'Happy Christmas' from John Lennon. This talented group of young people are music students from The Music Depot in Port Colborne. On this particular day, they were supposed to be in a Christmas parade, but due to bad weather, they decided to bring some Christmas cheer to the coffee shop. It's obvious that this special performance brought joy and happiness to the entire room. I hope that I can witness something like this one day!

Dog Stranded At Gas Station Gets Rescued

An abandoned dog's story is going viral all over the Internet. Gershwin's story started to unfold when someone dropped him off in the middle of nowhere without any food or water. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan noticed this poor dog living behind a gas station building and immediately called Hope For Paws. When the rescue team arrived, they jumped straight into action. One of the rescuers, sat down in the grass and waited patiently for the pup to get used to her. Then, she quietly reached over and put the rescue leash over him. That's when this 110 pound dog got really scared and tried to run away, dragging the woman on the ground with him. But Loreta refused to let go. Finally, they were able to get this poor dog calmed down and into the rescue vehicle. Now this sweet pup is happy and healthy. What an amazing story! I'm so grateful that the rescue team never gave up on this guy, even when it was tough. Praise the Lord that Gershwin is alright.

This 97-year-old grandma proves that age in nothing but a number. Just watch as she stands in front of the television and starts to dance the Charleston. This grooving granny hits every move to the popular video game 'Just Dance.' I just love the happiness on her face as she moves around the living room busting a move. She might be pushing 100, but that's not stopping her from getting up and showing off. I sure hope that I have this much energy when I get her age. Who else is smiling so big as this funny granny? What an amazing lady!

Man Caught On Camera Cleaning Shop After Vandalism

It was a heartbreaking day when Thomas Kearney saw someone had completely wrecked the storefront of his interiors store. He arrived to see dirt from their beautiful floral display all over the sidewalk. He could not believe that someone would do such a senseless act. So Thomas decided to pull the security cameras to see if the guilty party was caught on camera, but he was not prepared for what he saw. Soon after the vandals fled the scene, a young man walked by the shop and noticed that everything was an awful mess. Without hesitation, he began to clean up what the vandals had done. Thomas could not believe the kindness of this stranger and he wanted to thank them in person. His store posted what happened on their Facebook page but highlighted the actions of the man who was kind enough to clean up after the vandals. The post quickly went viral and eventually the kind man by the name of Eimhin Keenan made himself known. Eimhin’s deed even impacted the hearts of the three men who were responsible for the vandalism. The men returned back to the store to apologize for what they had done and offered to pay for what they damaged. Kindness is truly contagious!

Always On My Mind' Elvis Audition

There's nothing like hearing a classic Elvis Presley song. And when you hear young Benedikt Köstler sing 'Always On My Mind' you will be in awe. This contestant on The Voice Of Germany seriously impressed the judges when he started to audition with this classic. From the very first note, you can see the look of surprise on their faces. It was only a matter of time before the judges started pressing their buttons and turning around. I definitely didn't see that huge voice coming out of this young man but he absolutely gave that performance his all. What a great audition. I can't wait to see what he comes up with next!

Surprise Broadway Wedding Flash Mob

Charlie and Petrina had just gotten married and the whole family couldn't wait to celebrate with them at the reception. When it came time for the father of the bride to share a few words, he started his toast with a story of a stranger he met. This woman had just gotten married at the same place as Petrina and Charlie. Then, he asked her if there was anything she would change about her wedding and she said she had wished it could last just one day more. When these words were said, it triggered a big reaction from the crowd and a group of Petrina's theatre friends burst into a planned flash mob to the song 'One Day More' from the Broadway musical Les Miserable. There are truly some talented folks at this wedding. And watching the bride's face is absolutely priceless. This dad certainly pulled this one off. This is so fun!

Contestant Puts Unique Spin On 'I Hope You Dance'

Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance" is a country song that has truly stood the test of time. Today, Keisha Renee is taking on this classic as she performs on The Voice stage and this unique spin is absolutely amazing. I've heard this song covered numerous way but this performance is incredible. Keisha hit all the right notes and you can tell the judges are definitely impressed. It's not everyday that you hear a voice like that singing a classic country song and I know she made her coach, Blake Shelton, very proud. I think Keisha has the talent to go a long way in this competition and I can't wait to hear what she sings next.
