3/14/11 From The Lord, Our God and Savior - A Letter Given to Timothy, For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear


Thus says The Lord: What is the high branch of the palm tree to that of the weeping willow?... They know not each other's place...
Each bears seed after its own kind, yet the ground beneath remains unyielding. And without the rain, their leaf fades and their seed flees into the dust, never to rise again.
They know nothing of their need, nor are they able to speak, for they are but trees. Therefore, they are cut down as the cedars. They are broken down when calamity overtakes them, washed away by the fierce waters thereof... Who will mourn their passing, or search out their seed, that they might be revived in another place?



My people, hear My words and be very sad...

Yea, mourn for yourselves...

Dear Lord, I want to be able to say the same thing Isaiah said, and mean it. I want to spend time receiving your instructions and wisdom through your Word, speaking with you in prayer, and hearing you through an open mind, willing heart, and listening ears. Please bring to remembrance your Word so that I may share it with the weary and offer them hope. Please hide your Word in my heart that I will remember it and not be rebellious, that it will be a constant guide in my daily walk. Thank you, Lord, for all your blessings past, present, and future. In Your name I pray, amen.

When I walked the streets of California in the early 1980's I came across an empty lot behind a small shopping area where many homeless slept.****** The Lord blessed me to find them and have some fellowship on the street in the early mornings after they awoke ****** To my great surprise there was a makeshift building nearby, formed by old wood with a metal roof and a sign outside:**** FREE STORE.

Inside were old clothes and lots of odds and ends in household necessaries, even old mattresses and chairs.***Anyone could leave something and take whatever they desired.***Soon thereafter this was torn down by the local authorities when upgrades were being made to the commercial buildings nearby.***Suddenly love was swept away from those who gave and from those who were needy.***
THE FREE STORE IS THE LORD'S!***HE OWNS IT
