The song that Mandy sings is an original one called ‘Try.’ And she shared with the judges what the song means to her. “After I lost my hearing, I gave up. But I want to do more with my life than just give up,” she said.

Simon Cowell concluded the commentary from the judges by complimenting Debbii’s choice to take a risk with the song and make it her own. “I really like the fact that you’ve taken one of the most well-known pop songs of all time and literally made it your version,” he said. “I’m going to remember this audition, and I’m really, really happy that you’ve auditioned on this show.”
