These 50 mums all have one thing in common, they have a child with Down Syndrome. They wanted to show the world that they love their children just the way they are and wouldn’t change a single thing, so they filmed a carpool lip sync with the most beautiful message.
These moms are part of the ‘Wouldn’t Change A Thing’ movement that is bringing attention to the joy that children with Down Syndrome bring. Usually the news of a child with Down Syndrome can be perceived as if it is bad news. And even more tragically many pregnancies are terminated because of this very reason.
Well these moms wanted to step up and tell people it isn’t tragic news and the first words out of your mouth don’t have to be ‘I’m sorry.’ Instead there are so many things to rejoice and look forward to. So they all got together and to record a carpool karaoke-style lip sync to the song ‘A Thousand Years’ by Christina Perri.
Joined by their precious babies, these moms used a special sign language called Makaton that was developed especially for those with learning disabilities or communication struggles. And when you see these incredible moms and kids you’ll be moved to tears.
Don’t worry none of these cars were moving and the car seats were just put in the front seat for the video. What a truly incredible message for parents everywhere, to embrace your kids and love them just how God made them!
When Angelica Hale was just four-years-old she came down with a bad bout of pneumonia. Angelica required a kidney transplant and her mother selflessly stepped up and donated her own to help save her daughter.
Now, this sweet girl is thriving and she's been using her amazing voice to entertain the world. Today, she's stepping on the Little Big Shots' stage and she's got a very special message for her mother. Angelica wanted to her mom to know just how thankful she was for her gift and how much her mother means to her. She's singing the beautiful lyrics of "I'll Be There" and it's absolutely heartwarming to hear.
I'm sure many of us moms would do the exact same thing for our children, if put in that situation. I'm so glad that Angelica is using her gift to spread happiness and thanks for all to hear. What do you think of this powerful performance?
Mental illness destroys more relationships because people don't understand. Educate yourself, make sure those you love get the right help. They need you before it is to late.
You may think you are about to watch a cute little kid sing a song, but the performance this 12-year-old gospel singer gave will knock you off your feet. It always brings a huge smile to my face when I see young children giving praise to the Lord and that's exactly what Miles is doing right now.
Miles is a 12-year-old gospel singer and he is not holding anything back when he worships the Lord. Music is a huge part of Miles’ life and he has been singing in the church ever since he was old enough to hold a microphone. Both of his parents are musicians, so you can see why this kid is just bubbling over with such an amazing gift. Just watch as he steps on the Little Big Shots' stage with Steve Harvey and gives it his all. Miles has a bold, strong, amazing voice as he leads a choir in Kurt Carr’s “That’s Why I Praise You.”
As soon as Miles began to sing, everyone jumped out of their seat. Miles has such confidence that it's hard not to get into the Spirit with him. Even though he is on a television show, he is singing as if he is leading everyone in worship in a church service. It is such an encouragement to see a young boy use his voice for the Kingdom of God.
17-year-old Taryn Coccia currently sings in the Nashville airport with her sister, Payton Taylor. But today, she's decided to follow her dreams of music all the way to the auditions for American Idol.
With Payton playing guitar beside her, Taryn felt comfortable and ready to impress the judges. But, during Payton's R&B audition, the judges couldn't help but notice Payton and they asked if she sang as well. That's when they discovered that Taryn and Payton normally sing together but today, Payton wanted her sister to have the spotlight. When pressed by the judges, she eventually obliged and performed a beautiful rendition of “Angel from Montgomery.”
The judges were immediately impressed and realized that both of the siblings were talented in their own special way. Now, both of these amazing singers are headed to Hollywood to showcase their skills for the judges once again. I'm so glad that both sisters were given this amazing opportunity and can go through this journey together.
This energetic lady and her husband were sitting in the backseat of the car when their daughter turned the camera on. She proceeded to hand each of them an envelope and told them that they needed to open them.
Inside, there was a greeting card with a note inside. As the woman read out loud, the card said 'Happy Mother's Day Grams' and that's when she started to scream. This sweet lady just realized that she was going to be a grandmother and there was no way she could contain her joy. She started to shout with excitement and there was no stopping her. At one point, this grandma-to-be even turns to her husband and says that they need to move closer.
I couldn't hold back my laughter at this incredible reaction to the pregnancy announcement. I'm so glad she's looking forward to the new baby and she'll definitely need some of that energy once the little bundle arrives. This might be the most excited reaction I've ever seen. What do you think of Gram's reaction?
There's no doubt that 4-year-old Sophie Fatu is talented beyond her years. Not only can this sweet little girl sing but she has a special place in her heart for the classics. In fact, one of her favorite singers is Frank Sinatra. This legendary musician has so many hits that it's hard to pick just one iconic song. And even though I've heard a ton of covers, I think little Sophie's performance of 'My Way' is one of my favorites.
Today, she's belting out this famous tune on the Little Big Shots stage with Steve Harvey and it's absolutely amazing. This little superstar has so much confidence when she steps on stage and I'm blown away by her singing talent. With every note, you can tell that Sophie truly loves to perform and I think we can all agree that she's so fun to watch.
There's something about little children singing with all their might that touches a special place in my heart. Who else could listen to this little cutie all day?

When a popular hidden camera television show tried to prank Mister Rogers, it didn't go exactly as planned. The Candid Camera is a show that uses a hidden camera to catch people in interesting circumstances. The producers would set up a situation to see how the person would naturally respond to that predicament. This time, Fred Rogers, best known as Mister Rogers, was their next target.
Mister Rogers is beloved by all, so the Candid Camera crew knew that he would be fun to catch off guard. Just watch as Mister Rogers checks in to a hotel. One of the Candid Camera cast members was escorting Mr. Rogers to his hotel room that had a hidden camera tucked away to capture all of the action. He did not suspect that anything was out of the ordinary.
When they got to the hotel room, the cast member informed Mister Rogers that the hotel booked up fast, and they had to give him a room without a television. Most hotel guests would have been so upset, but Mister Rogers did not see a problem with not having a television in his room. He was so polite and sweet the entire time. He did not respond in a rude way. He was his usual, kind self and even gave encouragement to the man at the end of the video. This is just what I expected from this inspirational man.
It's not always easy being a parent and letting go of your children as they grow up. This is especially true to all those mothers of boys who must hand them over to another woman at some point in their lives.
Even though it can be hard to let go of your little boy, you can rest easy knowing that this is the woman that you have prayed about and God has chosen for your son. That's exactly what this sweet letter to a future daughter-in-law is all about. You may not know them yet, but every mother has thought about their future daughter-in-law and what that means for their little boy. This woman will one day take your place as your son's go-to person who he laughs, cries and shares his dreams with. Your future daughter-in-law is very special person and while she will never replace a mother, she will become an important person to your son and entire family.
This emotional letter really got to me and makes me think about the day that I will have to give my son away. Who else wiped away a tear or two?
Growing up, Johnny White didn't have it easy. He stayed in a shelter home for almost 2 years before he went into foster care at just 7-years-old. Thankfully, Johnny was adopted but moving in with people he didn't know was harder than he thought.
That's when Johnny turned to music to help him cope with his emotions and when he met his music teacher, Ms. Finley, everything began to change. This amazing teacher gave him the confidence to believe in himself and follow his dreams of pursuing music.
Today, Johnny is taking that dream all the way to audition stage of American Idol and he's giving it his all. Just listen as he shares his story and then gives a powerful performance of "It's A Man's Man's Man's World" by James Brown. And his big voice definitely impressed the judges and they sent him right through the Hollywood.
What an amazing moment and I know that Ms. Finley is beyond proud right now. I'm so glad that Johnny was able to find someone to give him the confidence he needed to break out of his shell and show the whole world that voice.
Every question and fear that we may have is solved by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. He holds the weight of all of our sins and sorrows and carries that burden for us.
The beautiful lyrics of 'The Answer' from Jeremy Camp are the perfect reminder of just how amazing our God truly is. Let the Lord be our rock that we can always count on and rest your worries on His shoulders. When we truly give it all to Him, the most amazing things start to happen in our lives.
We are so blessed to serve such a loving Father and this acoustic performance from Jeremy Camp was just what my heart needed to hear today. This song has such an inspiring message that I know will resonate with people all over the world. Who else is singing this out loud to the Lord?
The Whitefield Choir was traveling to a concert in Saint-Louis, France when the stewardess asked them for a big request. She announced over the speakers that the choir was on the flight and she was hoping that the gentlemen would provide the plane with some musical talent.
Thankfully, the men agreed and they started to sing the most amazing a cappella song. When someone taped the incredible performance and posted it online, it immediately went viral. The men were so shocked about their newfound fame, especially since the performance was not planned. The choir was excited when the passengers clapped and praised their performance so imagine their delight when the entire world caught a glimpse of their amazing talent.
These men definitely have a gift and I'm so glad that they're sharing it with the world. I know these passengers will remember this moment. Who else is glad that the stewardess asked these men to sing?
The Little Stars String Trio is a talented group of three siblings. Dustin, 11, Starla, 10, and Valery, 8, Breshears make up this talented ensemble and they love playing their string instruments for all to hear.
Their cello and violin performances have been seen all over the world and today, they're sitting down with Steve Harvey and showing him what they got on The Little Big Shots stage. But this performance isn't your normal classical number. This trio has taken the famous theme song to the movie "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” and given it a string makeover.
Just listen as they beautifully perform this arrangement and give new meaning to this famous tune. I just can't get over how talented these kids are and they are definitely putting everything that they have into this performance. Who else is in awe of all that talent?
